We are Wyoming transplants and just recently closed on our first Wyoming home. When the hubby was offered a job opportunity out here we jumped on it but going from being a home owner in Georgia to renters here in Wyo was an adjustment and we are so happy to be homeowners again. Our new house was logistically exactly what we wanted in a house except for the interior. It was built in the '70s and it hasn't changed since the '70s! Now I'm not afraid of a fixer upper because you get to update to fit your specific taste and you usually pay less for the house BUT I want to be able to do it all on a budget. Not just a budget but a realistic budget and I hope that we can inspire you to do the same. Remodeling on a budget is possible if you know where to look and if you're willing to get your hands dirty.
I've always tried to find ways to do things on a budget, I mean you don't get into veterinary medicine for the money, but when we found out that my son was gluten intolerant I was even more hard pressed to find ways to keep our grocery bill down but still provide him with his special dietary needs. I can't wait to share my favorite recipes, how I meal plan to save money and where I buy our groceries to make eating gluten free on a budget possible.
I hope you follow along on our journey and get a taste of That Wyo Life!

Founder & Blogger
Hey ya'll! My name is Steph and welcome to That Wyo Life. I'm a former veterinary technician of 10+ years turned stay at home mom and blogger. I love to cook, read and I'm a HGTV and Food Network junkie. I have an amazing husband and two awesome little kids. We also have several furry kids; a Lab/Chesapeake Bay Retriever named Daisy Mae, a black Lab puppy named Luna or as I lovingly call her Loony Bin, an old crabby Yorkie named Boo and we just recently added 3 baby chicks to the mix (more about them later).
